Currently, Konova does not offer refunds.

Returns are approved if request is raised within 72 hrs of delivery.

1. Policies

• All purchases are final.
• Only exchanges are permitted.
• Exchanges will be delivered within described delivery timelines after return is received. 
• Courier charges will be applicable for returns and exchanges. 

2. Exceptions
Refunds may be processed only if:

• Product is unavailable after order
• Payment is deducted but order not confirmed

3. Refund Timeline

• If applicable, refunds will be Credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
